I take this before Zumba dance class and it provides smooth, energy & I seem happier. Tastes good. Easy to use. I've lost weight taking only once a day. It has helped me while fasting as a detox. I do pour water as I pour Slimquick because the powder floats & it's to much to inhale. Pouring water pulls more of the powder down. Overall it's perfect for me. I preferred the gummies but they don't seem to be available anymore.

This is great stuff that I have used for years but is hard to find in stores anymore. The taste is great and doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste. I feel it really helps keep my water retention down. I usually open a water bottle, drink a small amount, pour directly into bottle and do a couple shakes. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t taste gritty in any way.

I love these drink packets, the flavor is delicious, I have been drinking one everyday for the last 3 years. they curb my appetite in the morning and add to by energy level.

Not sure if it is effective but it does give me energy. There are some white sediments that settles at the bottom of my cup but i don’t bother me. Taste is alright. I buy it on repeat because it helps me not eat when im trying to do dirty fasting.

I started using this product years ago with great results. I would start using it a few weeks prior to a vacation or special event to help me slim down my trouble areas (love handles, belly pooch) and aid in my exercise efforts. I loved how easy it was to take. I would definitely notice a difference when using it, felt more slim and trim. I do find it pretty sweet so I mix it in a larger bottle than recommended to dilute it more. The most recent time using it, however, I would develop stomach cramps and pain after drinking it. I do suffer from stomach issues in general but never seemed to have a problem previous times using this. Possibly something in the ingredients was changed but now I am unable to use it. Which is a huge bummer because it was my go-to product for vacation-body prep! I might give it a try one more time but if I have the same painful reaction, I will no longer be using this. Be warned if you have stomach issues, this product might aggravate them!

Arrived on time as expected it does curb Your appetite however, it doesn’t give energy that long that’s just my perspective what is working

I have used this product for about 2 weeks now, I am down 7lbs and have kept the 7lbs off. If you mix it with a full bottle of water, it tastes fine, there is no bad aftertaste like some packets. I recently stopped drinking pop and don't use flavored packets for water anymore (Walmarts brand of kiwi strawberry was my go to, left no aftertaste and tasted great) this gives me a little extra once or twice a day over straight up water. I usually only have 1 packet a day around lunch (which could be why I haven't lost more weight) and it seems to give me the boost I need to make it through the afternoon and into the evening (energy wise and feeling full) I am not a healthy eater (would prefer a nutty bar over vegis) and have not changed my diet or started exercising at all. Because of the little extra energy, I feel like doing more when I get home so the extra walking around the yard or cleaning that I do could be considered exercise but by no means am I lifting weights, doing sit-ups or walking on a treadmill! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for more energy, feel full longer to avoid snacking or to lose a few pounds (my goal is about 15 more pounds). I'm sure with a diet change and maybe a little exercise I will make it to my goal. I cannot say if this will help lose 50-100lbs or more as my goal was about 20lbs.

Horrible taste. Much too sweet. I even tried diluting it more by mixing with larger bottle of water. This also has calories and carbohydrates IN A WEIGHT LOSS product? Are you kidding me? I only bought this as a substitute for Hydroxycut drink packets which are no longer available on Amazon. Fortunately I found I can order those direct. Not as convenient but at least it’s the product I like. Sad that I can’t get a refund for a product I won’t use.
