Make sure you use a few drops at a time. I bought dropper bottles to put it in because I can't pour from the original bottle in small enough amounts for what I use it for. It really gets bitter if you add too much. Also, not much good without at least a little bit of sweetness. Overall I absolutely love this product! I add it to my teas too, and it's very comforting.

Bought to replicate a gin cocktail from a distillery and it worked perfectly.

I use Olive Nation extracts which are nice. My favorite is the Maple Extract. I have not had the opportunity to use the Apple yet. The problem I have had is with the seller and the product being mislabeled. With both, the manufactured label on the bottles says a different flavor than the scanning label. The scanning label is the flavor I want, not the manufactured label flavor. The seller, JB Mushrooms would get a 1* rating. Amazon worked with me and got me the correct flavors.

I made keto apple snickerdoodles with my olive nation oil and they were a huge success. I also used the banana oil for keto banana bread and that was delicious as well. My husband and I own a diner and the folks who enjoy keto friendly and our diabetics have truly been grateful for not being forgotten when it comes to desserts. I give these oils a 5 star and looking forward to trying more desserts. Amazing taste with no sugars.
