Perfect! My grandma wanted an extra wide silicone brush for Christmas and I couldn't find one anywhere else! This one is three inches wide and looks just like the picture. It wasn't supposed to arrive until days after Christmas but it showed up two days before! Excellent product, my grandma will love it!

This holds up to high heat well. I use it to baste melted butter with it and works great.

This brush really holds egg wash really well to coat breads and pastries. You don't have to keep re-dipping every second like some of those smaller brushes. I usually crack an egg in a plastic cup, and dip from there, but this brush is too wide to fit in a standard 8 or 10 oz plastic cup! So, I just used a bowl. Not a big deal. I would definitely buy again.

This is a very well designed brush. The brush is wide enough and the silicone bristles are just the right amount of density and flexibility. The hook hangs the brush on the edge of a bowl without tipping over. Its really a pleasure to use.

I am amazed at how much sauce this brush can hold and distribute across slabs of meat. I was looking for a wider, silicone basting brush to use with my smoker, but was prepared to continually dip the brush to keep the sauce coming. To my surprise, this brush holds and spreads sauce VERY well. It's very easy to clean, too. I'll be buying more soon!

Used to work in a restaurant and we used these exact same ones. They are resistant to heat and work well with a variety of different consistencies in sauces and the like. If you a looking for a restaurant quality basting brush, this is it.
