Is there much difference between running insoles and sport massaging gel?

That would probably depend on your personal need for arch support. These running insoles have high and firm arch support and more adequate for heavier set people who may even have an issue with plantar fasciitis. The sport massage one just adds additional gel support throughout the foot without targeting specific areas.

How does the athletic series compare to the active series?

I will use the insoles for walking 5 miles a day and golf 3 times per week. Which athletic series would be a better choice.. running or sport ??

The running have best arch support. See the light blue piece in the arch area? That is hard, durable plastic. It doesn’t bother or hurt when wearing. I have plantar facitis (spelling?). My podiatrist recommends these for my everyday walking. I have tried other brands & types & was dissatisfied.

I wear a size 10.5. do i need to buy the large and trim the toes, or will the medium still work (although it only goes up to size 10)?

Excelente calidad y muy buena amortiguación. Se sienten cómodas y cumplen muy bien su función para correr.Me gustó que se pueden recortar para ajustarlas al tamaño del calzado, aunque aquí sí recomiendo medir antes de cortar. Las marcas de medida que vienen grabadas en la plantilla no coinciden exactamente con la talla indicada, así que es mejor usar la plantilla original del zapato como referencia y recortar con cuidado.Yo me di cuenta a tiempo y no tuve ningún problema.Muy buenas plantillas, especialmente por la amortiguación y la posibilidad de ajustarlas perfectamente al calzado.

MUCH NEEDED for my treadmill runs

i'm the kind of guy who typically runs their runners to the sole. i'm getting older and getting pain in the knees as well as an annoying corn on the bottom of my left foot. i've never bought new insoles before (usually just buy new shoes) - and decided to give these a try. they do take some getting used to, but it has made my treadmill runs more comfortable. i don't know the science behind it, but the insoles have changed the way i land on my feet ever so slightly - i don't even notice the corn on my foot when i run now. for the price, why not try these out - you might be surprised
