STAEDTLER 8021-43 FIMO Soft Oven-Hardening Polymer Modelling Clay - Pale Pink Light (1 x 454g Block)

I bought this FIMO Soft polymer clay for my daughter, who is a big Zelda fan and loves creating her own polymer clay models of the characters. It has been a fantastic choice for her projects. The clay is lovely and smooth, very malleable and easy to work with. It isn't crumbly or dry at all, making it particularly good for creating smaller details. It also bakes really well in the oven and holds its shape nicely once hardened. My daughter then uses acrylic paints to add the finishing details. The paint goes on really well and gives a lovely finish. It goes a surprisingly long way too. My daughter has already made three characters with it and still has around half of the original 454g block left, so we've been really impressed with how much she has been able to create from one block. I bought this in May and I'm also impressed with how well the unused clay has kept. We store it in a container inside a sealed plastic bag, and several months later it is still soft and perfectly usable. It arrived quickly and was well packaged, with no damage or issues. Overall, I'm really pleased with the quality of this FIMO clay and will definitely be buying more if we run out. It's a great choice for anyone who enjoys making detailed polymer clay models and crafts.

Always good clay

Great product. First time I've used it. I make needle felted animals and decided to try making bird beaks, dog claws or any small part of animals for more detail. It's ideal...Will buy this again!

Brilliant as usual

This is great. I use it for a base to attach slices of clay on for desi*ns.

I spent most of my days making stuff with polymer clay, for year now. Actually is my main income. I have bought different types of polymer, and to be honest, they are mostly very similar all of them. This one in particular, I like, it is not my favourite as I find it a bit to hard when you start with it, you need to be playing with it until it becomes softer so you can start making whatever you want to create, but overall it is a good product. I will use it again and I will find it at the beginning a bit to hard, but hey, nothing that these hands cannot soften. I do recommend.

As described easy to work with. The green and the black colour is quite sticky though but I'm guessing it's becasue of the pigments but still great to work with

Jag tycker det är en bra polymer lera för vad jag använder den till. Så som film skulpturer mm. Torkar fint i ugnen och blir hård. Lätt arbetad, och färger fäster bra 👍
