PCSsole 3/4 Orthotics Shoe Insert for Plantar Fasciitis Relief

These orthotic insoles have made a noticeable difference in the comfort of my shoes. The high arch support provides excellent stability, and my feet feel much less fatigued after spending long hours standing and walking. I like the 3/4-length design because it fits easily into different shoes without making them feel too tight. The insoles stay in place, feel well made, and provide great heel support throughout the day. If you have high arches, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or simply want extra support, these are an excellent option. They offer great comfort, quality, and value, and I would definitely buy them again.

Amazing. I have high arches and had custom supports made for my feet. However, they were the kind that fit only one shoe type (running sneakers). These are just as great. I can move them from shoe to shoe (I mainly wear boots when not exercising). I immediately notice a difference in support and posture when I have these placed. They are comfortable. They remain in place. They slip right into every shoe I have tried them in (no heels or sandals, though). True to size. I love them. Definitely recommended.

These worked great for eliminating my foot pain. I actually ordered three pair. Just wish they’d be just a little bit. Thicker other than that they work really good.

**Update - I saw my podiatrist yesterday and she fully approved of these!!!** These are an absolute game changer! I only recently started wearing insoles, but the ones my podiatrist gave me don't fit most of my shoes. My foot is narrow so everything in my closest crowded my toes with my prescribed insoles. Then I found these gems! The deep heel cup and super high arch without the long front allow me to wear all of my beautiful shoes again! I've also used these in my house slippers so I can have the appropriate amount of support all day long.

I knew I have high arches, but I didn't know how much I needed insoles like these. I started having bunion-related pain, not realizing that I'd begun walking differently over the past few years. I didn't even realize I was overpronating until I put these in my shoes. Day one: "Wow, THIS is how I'm supposed to stand and walk! I totally forgot the feeling!" Insoles were uncomfortable at first, almost took them out. Day two: Very little discomfort, either the insoles or my arches became more flexible. Took a little getting used to, but totally worth a day of discomfort. I can't believe the difference in how I walk and feel at the end of the day. I'm not falling apart after all! I just needed rigid insoles for my high arches! *30 day update* (changing my 5 stars to 3 stars) After using this same pair of insoles everyday for a month they have relaxed quite a bit. The firm arch is no longer as high and supportive as it was during the first two weeks of use. They're still comfortable, but are no longer as supportive. I will have to buy another pair or find another brand that holds up longer. Shouldn't I be able to wear these everyday for at least a few months before they start going flat?

At the time of my writing this review, there are 11,344 reviews for a high of 61% 5-Star. Normally, I aim to only buy things that have a minimum of 68%, but these were recommended in a YouTube video of how to fix over-pronation (fallen arches) BFS.FIT - Barefoot Strength. I immediately got on Amazon and bought them. Currently, I am in GREAT PAIN for left foot over-pronation. I was tempted to return to my podiatrist for custom fitted orthotics knowing they would cost me $125 for out-of-network doctor visit plus $800 for the custom orthotics. Now you know why I was quick to buy these on Amazon and try. They look ALMOST exactly like the hard plastic custom orthotics the doc would make for me. That got me excited. Same odd little heel. I kid you not, I put them in brand new pretty colored CHEAP sneakers I just bought at the Big Box store (WM) and my feet feel great. Great support. My walk is good. My over-pronation is contained. Dang! I am thrilled. Think of all the money I have saved with these inserts and inexpensive (but PRETTY) sneakers. I am so happy. I am going to buy another pair of these orthotics. These will NOT fit pretty non-sneaker shoes. These will only fit sneaker-like shoes. I am very happy to write a review and recommend them for you to try.

My second time ordering multiples of these. They are a lifesaver. I was dealing with consistent arch pain after work every day until I started using these. Now my foot pain is gone and I have a set in all my work shoes plus my tennis shoes.

I'm happy with my inserts,they are quite firm,just right for the stability I want when walking so mi foot doesn't go to the side.I can use them with different types of shoes except for sandals.

the insoles made my running and walking better than it used to be. cant say the arch pain is fully gone but it doesnt hurt as much as before
