What are the torque spec's for the (5) bolts securing this unit to the valve body?

There is no way it is 120 foot pounds. I would say tight but not over tight. As far as the torque specs I have no idea but definitely not a hundred and twenty

Is basically a pressure switch, it measures oil pressure and sends signal to transmission control module and base on that it calculates the shifting.

does The plastic cover come with it ?

Don't remember. Came with whatever was needed as a unit. I ended up taking the vehicle to a reputable tranny shop where the part was replaced per code provided, plus oil and filter (I provided filter) was changed. My vehicle has a drain plug. Otherwise, the job would likely be very messy.
