My BF is 5’10 / 230 lbs and the sleeves if pulled all the way down goes to his palm. He says it fits nicely.

100% cotton just as the product description reads.

Q: Is this a slim fit shirt?

The fit of this shirt is true to size - not tight around mid-section. I got a 2XL for my husband he's 6'3" and it fit nicely in the shoulders & sleeves - looks so good on him.
