Case Logic AUA-314BLK 14.1-Inch Laptop/ MacBook Air / Pro Retina Display and iPad Slim Case (Black)

I recently got a new Dell 14 inch slim laptop and wanted a carry case to use to store the laptop and its accessories. This Case Logic laptop case is perfect for my needs. The case seems to be of good construction. The edges and bottom of the case seem to have some decent padding. There are no loose threads that I can see, and despite some prior negative reviews I cannot detect any problems with the handles that are sewn onto the case. There is an included shoulder strap, although it only has plastic, not metal, clips on the ends of it, and they do not swivel. But it is adjustable and adequate for basic shoulder carry needs. There is plenty of room inside the case to fit my laptop. There are two other sections inside the case that can be used to store documents, files, etc. There are two zippered pockets on the outside of the case. The larger pocket is adequate to store my portable USB optical drive along with its connecting cable. The smaller pocket is big enough to store my wireless mouse and a recovery USB stick. The case is lightweight but just big enough to store everything neatly. For me this is a perfect laptop carry case for my 14 inch laptop. It would be equally suitable for similar sized tablet computers. It is well worth the relatively small price I paid for it. I anticipate it should hold up well for many years with reasonable care.

Works great for my Surface Pro 7, it's light, compact and easy to carry. The pocket has a pair of pen loops to hold my stylus, and small side pockets to hold my Arc Mouse, and my charger. The pocket has room to throw in extra USB cables, video port adapters, and phone chargers. I use the small front pocket to hold my card key, makes it easy to swipe by the reader on the way into the office. The main storage area is divided into three compartments, two large, one small. My Surface with keyboard cover fits nicely in the middle compartment leaving the other two for documents, Android tablets, or whatever you dream up. This is not a bag for someone who needs to carry a ton of stuff, buy a briefcase bag if that is your need. This is perfect if you like to travel lite and have something that doesn't get in the way. UPDATE** It's now December of 2021, and several Surfaces down the road, but same bag. I retire this week, the bag is going with me. It has been with me all over the USA to trainings and trade shows, family vacations and weekend getaways. The bag is still going strong. Yup you can see it is worn on the corners and has been loved a lot, but is by no means worn out. Hopefully it gets a new Surface and new adventures as we move on.

i picked up this case to go with my new Acer C720 Chromebook, 11.6-Inch . i opted for the slightly larger case over the 11.6" size because i wanted to also have the option of carrying full-page paperwork and a few other items if necessary, without having to cram everything into the case. turns out that was a good decision! the chromebook fits into the laptop compartment with a bit of extra wiggle room, but it's not flopping about inside the case. the other main compartment is large enough for 8.5x11 paper or notebooks, manila folders, etc etc. this is handy because i bought the chromebook to use as a work machine at the bar, and the checkbook, bills, and other paperwork fits right in there alongside the chromebook. the front compartments are also very handy. i put the chromebook charger, a couple connecting cables, spare batteries, and office supplies in there without causing any bulge or having to cram anything in place. there are three compartments sewn into the side to hold everything neatly where i want it. i can see the front zipper for cell phones being very useful, but i keep my phone in my pocket and have yet to store anything in there. over all i'm very happy with this case from case logic. it feels like it is very sturdy, yet super lightweight. it's nothing to toss this over your shoulder fully-packed, and barely notice it due to its small size and thin profile. even though it's slightly larger than my chromebook requires, it's the perfect size for my needs.

I was the recipient of a previous version of this same case a few years back, so was familiar with it for hauling an 11 inch ThinkPad back and forth from my home to a work location about 2hrs flight time away. I purchased this case for a 14 inch ThinkPad T470, and it's a tight fit, but still a fit. I have to pay attention and make sure the corners of the notebook are well inside before zipping it shut. The computer compartment also has an internal pocket for a smallish tablet; a middle pocket is large enough for the power adapter, its cable, and a mouse; the small front pocket can accommodate an external HDD or SSD and its USB cable or a phone-sized peripheral, such as a charger. It would benefit from thicker padding on the bottom where the notebook hinges normally rest. It was made in Cambodia, and carries a 25 year warranty! A good product at a price that's very hard to beat. Some simple sleeves cost more than this and provide very little protection.

Absolutely love this case. I find that most Case Logic items are well designed, very functional and very durable. This computer case checks all the boxes . Perfect size for my 14” Dell 7420. The pockets have room for the power supply, mouse and related items without being bulky. My only knock against it would be that the shoulder strap is a little subpar and should be wider and more robust.

I was hesitant and a lot of specs on laptop bags aren't exactly clear. I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon, a 14" ultrabook. Most of what I found specified a Macbook Air (this one does, too, in the description). Went ahead anyway, figured I was safe since I was ordering on Amazon. Got the bag, and I am very, very pleased. In addition to having a large-ish ultrabook (which fits snug but not tight), I have several things I want to carry with me. And I ride a motorcycle. My old laptop bag was too big for my saddlebags (and my saddlebags are pretty big - Kawasaki Concours 1400). This bag fits in one side of one saddlebag case and leaves me plenty of room in the other half for riding gear/ change of shoes when I get to work. I also travel regularly, just day trips on short flights. I don't need clothes, but I need a book and perhaps my tablet and a notebook. All these fit fine in the front pocket, along with my badge, keys, and glasses case. The shoulder strap makes it easy to travel with, keeping my hands free for ID checks and whatnot, and then keeping them free for getting coffee in the morning. If you ever had to carry a larger laptop bag, you know how much of a pain it is to juggle hand-to-hand, the floor, and make sure you don't accidentally leave it somewhere. Ugh. Not with this bag - just throw it over my shoulder like a messenger bag and I'm hands-free. The strap on the back for extendable luggage handles will be nice when I eventually need to travel with a suitcase. Super happy with my purchase, highly recommended.

When I don't take my regular laptop with me on trips (business or pleasure) since my wife always takes hers, I take my Case Logic bag with me. The bag holds: (1) Kindle Fire tablet (the poor man’s iPad), which BTW, I really like, (2) Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard for the tablet, (3) Standard Kindle Keyboard (for reading outside), (4) charger, (5) special cloth for the tablet, (6) iPod, and (7) small writing tablet. All of these items fit snugly into the bag, which is small enough to be taken almost anywhere. The bag is relatively light (considering what I have in it), handy and versatile, perfect for my purposes, and the cost is slight (compared to what I priced at Staples). Caveat: While perfect for my purposes, you might wish to get a slightly larger bag if you are planning to carry a 14” laptop in it. I almost got a smaller bag thinking it would be quite large enough for a tablet, but then opted to buy one slightly bigger than what I thought I needed. I’m not sorry. Given what I carry in my full-size laptop bag (15.8” laptop), I would need a much larger bag than this one to carry a 14.1” laptop and paraphernalia. That said, this is a bargain, and seems to be sturdy and likely to last.

All the accessories I bought for my Surface tablet fit in the smaller pockets within the front pocket, and the surface itself fits in the front, leaving the large main section free for documents or my school books (if i'm only headed to one class, it's not THAT big). there's a small zippered pocket on the very front that is perfect for cables or your mobile phone, and between that pocket and the padding throughout the entire bag, your electronics are well protected. I accidentally ordered two (tried to cancel one and reordered with some add-on items, but the original was not cancelled) and at the price I paid i'll be keeping the additional bag for if I ever wreck this one (spill on it, set it too close to a heat/light source, etc). the carrying strap has plastic clips to attach it to fabric tabs on the bag, but you shouldn't be carrying a thousand pounds in the thing, so I expect that will hold up well. I really love this bag.

Bonjour, J'avais besoin d'une pochette pour PC portable 13 pouces, avec un design simple, résistante et avec un minimum de rangement (quelques documents, 1 ou 2 livres, et quelques divers éléments (Chargeur téléphone / PC portable, adaptateur, etc.) , c'est celle-ci que j'ai fini par choisir. Après presque un an d'utilisation, voici mon avis sur le produit : ➕ Points positifs ➕ - Résistante & étanche (testé involontairement certains jours de pluie) - Beaucoup de place (notamment pour les divers éléments cités ci-dessus) ➖ Points négatifs ➖ - La largeur de la poche intérieur qui ne fait pas toute la longueur du sac. (env 70%), impossible d'y mettre une feuille A4. Je recommande donc cette sacoche, d'autant plus que le prix est plutôt compétitif. Though I bought this laptop case primarily for my 13-inch Macbook Air, I found that I can also keep my Mac Mini along with its cable comfortably inside and well protected. I travel frequently between Pune and Mumbai and carry my Mac Mini, which I just need to hook up to the monitor that I have at both places. It is a slim, compact, and stylish case that has a separate, outer pocket to keep an iPad/iPhone/accessories in addition to the main pocket for the laptop/Mac Mini. It has a comfortable, removable shoulder strap and a padded handle for easy portability. It is a very convenient and practical case that protects my devices and makes travel easier. Overall a great product!

Salve, ho acquistato questa borsa per curiosità ma devo essere sincero me ne sono subbito innamorato, dimensioni giuste per un tablet da 10 pollici e anche più, io ci metto anche le cartelle da lavoro, capiente per le sue dimensioni, tasca frontale suddivisa bene, ci tengo 2 cellulari ed i documenti. Tempi di consegna rispettati, la consiglio
