This is actually a pretty sturdy bar. My daughter saved money for a long time to buy this on her own and I was a little worried it wouldn’t be sturdy because it was a little cheaper than other bars sold on amazon. We received it earlier than expected, it came in two separate packages but both arrived on the same day. The mat was in one package and the bar in another. It was fairly easy to assemble, and very easy to adjust the height. The mat is nice and thick. I do wish the mat attached somehow to the base of the bar so it wouldn’t move around. The mat sometimes slides back and forth if your feet push off the mat when you do a flip. The mat doesn’t move a lot, but it can inch along until you need to set it back in the correct place. The mat is covered with fabric, not that vinyl-type material that other mats are made of, so it’s not as easy to wipe clean. The cover zips off, so I’m assuming it can be washed, but that’s kind of a pain... I’d rather be able to wipe it off and be done. The mat is a nice thickness. All in all though, great price for a great bar and mat.

This product was very easy to assemble. My daughter loves it. I may not get my living room back, but I have a happy 9 year old gymnast 😊

This apparatus was easy to assemble. It is perfect for practicing at home and the mat was a great addition.

This is a great starting bar. It’s not steady though. It’s always shaky and that scares my daughter. It does get rather high which is good. Very easy to assemble also.

This is a sturdy bar and my daughter loves it. The mat is NOT the same one in the picture! I was sent 8 foam squares to piece together! Now I have to find and buy a proper gym mat to fit. I would give it 5 stars, but I can’t with the false advertising in the mat pictures and description.
