A bit confusing
This product works great on my iPhone X. My only complaint is that as a new user, I can’t tell which side is the correct side to face up. Therefore, I had the wrong side up and thought this product doesn’t work. I was able to figure it out myself. The design was just not obvious enough. After this hurdle, this product works well and I like the look of it.

Don't hesitate to buy this
Using this with an iPhone XS and it's working just fine. I like the construction of the device. The cable does not seem like it's going to fray anytime soon. There is a rubber padding to prevent the charger from slipping and a nice cloth to cover the top so you could put a phone without a case on it and not worry. I use a clear case on my phone with no issues. A nice status indicator where the cable connects to the base tells you it's charging and gives other indications as well.Packaging was very well done.

Very pleased with the product. will recommend to anyone who is looking for a wireless charging pad. Have it on my workspace so i can charge it whenever i put my phone down and without having to plug and unplug constantly. Charged with case on with no issue.

Love the style
I like the style but I wish it came with a plug. I tried to charge it with my phone case when I first got the product and it took so long to charge my phone. I later found out that it charges a lot faster without my phone case!

Very cool and useful invention!
Recently the charger port on my pixel 3 failed to connect, so this product has been a lifesaver before. Only disadvantage is that it charges much slower than using the cords. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this product, given that it is small, easy to use and relatively cheap.
