And does it have thorns?** A: No thorns. No fruits either **Q: What is the size of the flower?** A: This plant is a slow grower and takes it's time getting to the stage where it will flower. But if you follow the instructions and help it grow the flower is is well worth the wait. It can be several inches both wide and long, very impressive. **Q: How long before you get blooms?** A: It takes two years. My plants are just one year old and have grown very large I expect to see some blooms in the summer. **Q: is this a night bloom cerus? How old is that mother plant? Had one that took 5 yrs to bloom. Beautiful, no odor.** A: Though it is sometimes referred to as a night-blooming cereus, it is not closely related to any of the species in the tribe Cereeae, such as Selenicereus or Moonlight cactus. These take usually about 3 years to bloom from my 19 years growing them experience. Strong intoxicating odor that smells exactly like ylang-ylang that is strongest from dark to slightest crack of morning. ## Frequently Bought Together - Orchid Cactus Epiphyllum Oxypetalum (White) One pc Leaf Cutting, F1680 - COLIBROX 2 pcs Cuttings White Orchid Cactus Epiphyllum Oxypetalum --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/12985542-orchid-cactus-epiphyllum-oxypetalum-white-one-pc-leaf-cutting-f1680](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/12985542-orchid-cactus-epiphyllum-oxypetalum-white-one-pc-leaf-cutting-f1680) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
