I bought this for my mum as a xmas present but me being me i made a written mistake on the engraving and they were so very kind and helpful with me to send it back and get a new one made in time for xmas. My mum absolutely loved it! It was a sentimental gift that she now wears all the time. Very nicely packaged and was delivered sooner than expected i would definately recommend this its feminine and beautiful thank you so much! 5☆ quality!

Quality is good, beautiful piece of work.Sadly when I first ordered they printed the names exactly as typed - the names weren't spread out as all the images show.I contacted customer services who were very friendly and helpful and sent me a new one with the names spaced out.Turned out beautiful and had my mother in tears when I gifted it to her.

It's specifications we're spot on and it is lovely but I've knocked a star off because when I first put it in my basket it was £37, went to purchase it less than 24 hours later and it'd gone up to £42. I bought it at £42, begrudgingly and out of curiosity I checked again a couple of days later and they'd put the price up further to £47. I don't feel it was worth the £42 let alone £47(!) but you knew fine well people would spend that because its Christmas... Exploitation at its finest.I also need to buy a different box because its come in a box that's different to the one shown. But that's personal choice.Really pleased with the overall look of it and the engraving, it's very neat and exactly what I asked for so I'm looking forward to giving this to my Mam as a christmas gift.For a lovely, unique and personalised gift yes I recommend this item. Just not happy with the price hikes, leave it at one price for all!!

I emailed asking if it would arrive before the Bank Holiday, responded immediately, item posted following day & has arrived well before the expected date & in plenty of time for birthday! Arrived on time, only a few days turnaround. In a lovely little box. Quality was excellent, the names were spelt correctly and very clear given the size of the letters. The pendant is beautiful. Don't hesitate to order. Wonderful gift. Thankyou.

Very poor quality flimsy item. No hallmark so who would know if it is sterling silver or not. Do not buy particularly if as we did as a birthday gift.
