you can use this to make a very spicy mustard. good value.i made mustard in just a few minutes after soaking the seeds overnight. I recommend using a blender rather than a food processor to mix.

I use this in many Indian dishes i make as well as a homemade mustard which I prefer spicy. These mustard seeds have great flavor and there are plently of them in this bag, especially for the price.The bag is large, so if you aren't using them all quickly, I'd recommend getting a resealer or air tight container to keep them fresh. This product is definitely worth it.
