Just tried this for first time couple weeks ago. This has such an awesome flavor, no one uses olive oil. This is something that I wish I had decades ago. The very best!

I like this brand. The last 2 balsamic vinegars I bought from this Modena based brand have been great, not too rich, not too tart.

I buy Lucini whenever I can but it is pricey. You get what you pay for. This every day balsamic vinegar is perfect for every day and not terribly expensive. Has no sugar added like 99% of the balsamic vinegar.

I saw a video with this used and decided to try it because I love balsamic and this does not disappoint! Delicious!

I expected to see a bit thicker texture of the vinegar, and the taste is not that balanced between the vinegar acidity and the sweetness of the cherry, not much cherry flavor, and a lot more acidic than I like. Not buying anymore.
