Unsure about this color. But, the grey one has a detachable support (can be seen here on 4th and 5th images https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07S1SYQT8/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza?th=1) for head when baby is sleeping but not a cushioned type. That won't be necessary at all from our experience as baby does not like that and we feel comfortable using our arm to support.
