Sweet Paprika Mix, Red Gold, 210g

Impossible to find this in a local store. One of my relatives used to mail a jar to me every year for Christmas as she did have a local source in her area, but she has passed away. So it is wonderful to find it on Amazon. Well worth the price, even including the shipping.My favorite thing to do with this -- take a boneless chicken breast and either slice it into strips or, better yet, pound it thin and flat. Or just buy chicken tenders. Then cover the chicken with the paprika mix. Put it in a skillet with a bit of butter. I do recommend unsalted butter as the mix already has salt in it. To serve, add a dab more butter.So very, very good and so fast. I keep some boneless chicken breasts in the freezer just for this purpose. If you flatten them first before you freeze them, you can just put them in the microwave a minute or two to defrost, then wipe with a paper towel to remove any moisture, drench with paprika mix and saute'.

It is a very good sweet paprika that can be used for making any sauces or soups. Good product and reasonably priced.
