Which one is better or cheaper ? this one or the one which also made by zep but comes in 64 oz bottle liquid form?

Add one scoop of the powder into 16 ounces of warm water and pour the mixture into drain.

Is this like the old drain care? I want to use it in the bathroom for the stench out of the overfill drain.

It seems to help with odor but not knowing what is causing your odor problem or how severe it is, I hesitate to say this product would be 100% effective on solving that problem. And I have no idea what “old drain care” is so I really don’t know.
