My previous cordless phone set left a lot to be desired. My remote phones are spaced out pretty far from the main base and the old ones would not pick up signal. However, these motorola phones have solved that problem. We have had no problem with connections or signal from the main base. The functions you would normally find on expensive phones are all there. This phone has a very slim and simple look. It doesn't have any fancy bright buttons or lights, just plain white on black buttons with a basic orange lit screen. There's something to be said for simplicity today.
