Paradise Island Sweet Baby Lotion 8 oz - Orange Dreamsicle

Being a first time mom, I'm very particular about what I'll put on my baby. I hate using lotions myself mainly because of the greasy and heavy residue lotions generally leave on your skin after applying it. This one is nothing like any other lotion I've used before--it absorbs quickly into the skin and the scent is deliciously light without a strong smell. Since there isn't a huge amount in the bottle, I can only spoil my baby with this lotion and not myself. Wish it came in a larger size.

The lotion is not too sticky and absorbs well. I am not too much of a fan of the smell though. It's particularly strong as soon as it is applied.

I have been using pretty much natural, as chemical free products as I can get for years now. Initially the market for these products was pretty low- so there weren't too many options, but now there are almost too many options.That being said this sweet baby lotion is one of the best all natural lotions out there. I have been using it on my toddler now for a few months. He tends to get dry very easily- and will develop these dry/eczema patches especially during the winter. I love to use it as well- especially on my dry hands.This lotion is not runny, the first ingredient is not water, but aloe. It is thick, but absorbs readily and not greasy at all. I started with the un scented version as I tend to be sensitive to smells, but since then have tried the coconut which makes him smell so yummy without being sickly sweet.My only complain is that it's a bit pricy as it's not a whole lot of product, and since it's so thick the pump doesn't dispense a decent amount of product at the end. We just take the pump off at the end to use it up-but that is a little frustrating. I will continue to buy it and hopefully it will get us through the winter without any dry skin issues.

I purchased this lotion after my initial purchase of the sweet baby organics baby wash/shampoo. I was looking for something that was organic for my baby girls sensitive skin, that smelled good. Boy did I hit the jackpot with this line of products. I love this lotion. It smells divine and is rich and creamy without the greasy feel. Since my princess has been using this lotion her skin stays soft and mosturized. I only use it after her bath and it lasts all day. My angel deserves the best and I have found it with this lotion. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about the coconut scent but I didn't want to run the risk of it being sold out so I bought it and sooo happy I did!!!! Can't wait until the other scents are back for sale, I will stock up when it is. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Didn't like the product!

My daughter is nearly 19 months and this is the only lotion I have liked for her sensitive skin enough to continue purchasing it. Instead of wasting money hoping to save a dollar only to have my daughter end up with a speckly rash, I am now exclusively using Sweet Baby Organic lotion and wash. To be honest, it's probably a better value per use because you actually use less of it than most comparable products. I bathe my daughter daily and one set of lotion + wash lasts us approximately 3 months, so now that I think about it, that is a pretty good value. I've got to mention that it smells incredible, too!

I love all Paradise Island products - baby shampoos, baby lotions and adult shampoo. We've used the baby shampoos and lotions for about a year now. They smell awesome and are very lathering and not drying. I've tried the the tropical, vanilla, coconut, unscented and love all of them! I am so happy for using chemical free products on my kids and on myself! Most of the other chemical free products that I've tried either smell horrible or are extremely drying. So far I have not found a bad thing to say about these line. I highly recommend them!

This lotion is beautifully scented, absorbs nicely and doesn't feel greasy or runny. The consistency is so nice, in fact, that we sometimes use it to style our little ones' hair. It makes them smell SO yummy. My favorite lotion that we've ever tried for our kiddos. Haven't had any problems at all with irritation or reactions on their sensitive skin, and it's very moisturizing on chapped winter skin and post-pool summer skin.
