I am very satisfied with the product. Everything works very well. The light is super strong and the settings are great. Everything's perfect!

As anniversary present, I bought this for my wife who is learning to improve her make up skill. She aspires to work at a big name cosmetic stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue.What she likes about this product:- It's easy to assemble and disassemble.- It's LED light. Therefore, it's less likely to break when she is on the move.- The tripod is very sturdy. The tripod doesn't look like cheap at all. Plus, there is a camera mounting. She doesn't need to carry a separate tripod for the camera.- Comes with a slim travel bag that is easy to carry. Plus, the light is very lightweight.Cons:- As described on the product description page, this is only 80 CRI. For her, it doesn't matter as she is not a professional photographer. We can't tell the difference that much in terms of colors to be frank.Super Tip:Initially, the tripod legs are facing upward toward the light. You just need to unfold the legs downward.

This ring light is as advertised. The set up is simple, take it out of the box and attach to the light stand, plug in and you're ready to go. The highest setting on the light is extremely bright but is easily adjustable from the knob. The color temperature is easy to adjust as well. I would prefer the stand to be made so the legs adjust down instead of up so I can easily store it away, but it's not a deal breaker. The mount for the phone is only able to be used horizontally with my phone, I'm not sure if I'd trust my phone on it as it doesn't seem as if the clasp will hold it if I picked up and moved the light.Overall, I think it was a good price and works like it said it would. I'd recommend to a friend to purchase.

So far I like it. Works great for the setup I wanted it for. I like that I can use the tripod without the ring light attached if I need to. The case is really nice, with zippers that are smooth and sturdy. It has a nice big zippered pocket on the front that holds the accessories and space left over for other items you might want to take with you. The light works perfectly, has dials on the back to control brightness and temperature. Has a power switch to turn it on and off as you need it. Easy to setup and I can't wait to start using it with my camera to take pictures of my rock collection.

It’s great for the price! The only thing I don’t like is that the phone stand is pretty much unusable for it’s purpose. I’m not sure what phone would ever be able to be used there. But every thing else is great!

Really nice light! Very well made! It took a little bit to warm up the first time but works perfect now.

I am not satisfied at all with this ring light. The tripod legs are not sturdy enough and I bought the ring in January and it stopped working in April! Less than 6 months and it doesn't even work!

So I'm going to be hosting a birthday party and wanted to set up a nice photo area where guests can take pictures to forever remember the night. I was very excited about ordering one of these ring styles lights. It felt like the best idea!I have had photography lights before (the umbrellas and the shaded ones), so setting this about was pretty straight forward. But if you're unfamiliar with the equipment provided the instructions aren't exactly the best. In fact, I tried reading them and they just seemed pretty lousy. I cant help but wonder if there are instructional videos online to help you. Definitely check on YouTube!Anywho, back to my review: Despite the complicated instructions, I set it up! The only downside, I go to plug it in and it took a good minute before the light finally turned on. I'm not sure if this is a defect or a sign that the light itself is dying (mind you I only JUST got it). Another thing I noticed is the light isn't as bright as I would have liked it to me.So buy with caution. Perhaps these things are all just problems with mine alone. The reviews seem to be rather positive, so a faulty product is definitely possible: but still. I'd advice shopping around. I'm not exactly sure how long mine will last. Hopefully long enough for the party next weekend!
