There is a lot of insightful info in this book. Maxwell is very systemic and direct. I wouldn't consider anything in the book revolutionary, but it was an easy read with a fundamental approach.Any book I can read within a week is usually a good sign. Recommended for leaders of all experience levels.

This book was a requirement to read in my education course which I thoroughly enjoyed. This is one of the few books that I would actually read a second time. The book is especially useful for anyone that wants to be a leader in whatever profession that you are in. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone that wants to learn about the qualities of a successful leader since it was well written as well.
