Quality Sylvania replacement lamp to replace E26 bulbs used in the typical porcelain-base fixtures found in closet ceilings. It nicely hides the base so it looks like a modern globe fixture. The only minor complaint is that the soft white light is a little too warm (red, 2700k). It would be nicer if it was shifted a little cool (more blue, ~3000k) to be more natural.

I bought this as a replacement for a similar (but different brand) LED lamp which died suddenly before its time. This lamp could not be simpler to install; it comes with a plastic bracket which simply screws into the ceiling (or, in my case, underside of the kitchen cabinet) and the lamp twists in to the bracket. Since the socket was already wired in and all I had to do was swap brackets, install took only about three minutes. Also included are a socket, two wire nuts, and two screws which were too long (one inch) for my application, so I simply reused the screws from the old fixture. The lens over the fixture is sealed and non-removable, so it won't accumulate crud at the bottom as frequently happens to other ceiling fixtures. The light comes on after a delay of less than a second and with no flickering, typical of LEDs. Light is a pleasing warm white and the advertised 2700K looks accurate to me. Plenty bright enough for this application, a light over the kitchen sink. I cannot yet comment on longevity.

Purchased these lights for an attic space. I also purchased new keyless lamp holders, as it was new construction. Unbeknownst to me, these lights also come with a mounting plate and a socket that allow you to hardwire them if you want. I chose just to install them as regular light bulbs since I already had the keyless lamps. There’s a light about every 6’ and it provides more than adequate light for that space. They are plastic, I didn’t drop any but them don’t seem like they’d break real easy. I would recommend.

This is the second of this type of light we have used in a camper/trailer where there is limited headspace. Easy to wire and provides a nice light when you have power available.

Lights go well in basement and easy to install.
