My Blue Hyacinth ❤️❤️❤️ them. The 5lb box is very affordable and very fresh. The nuts I used to buy at my local bird store only sells animal grade and they tend to have a lot of stale nuts and blackened grimy shells,,,NOT THESE,,,for 1 they are human grade and every nut that I can tell has Ben very fresh and the shells are not dirty or moldy looking....Because of all of these points I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER and it is so nice not to have to worry about the quality of nuts and not having to sort through them I get to spend more quality time playing and sing with my Eden,,❤️❤️❤️

Great delivery time and great product!
I feed by friends who happen to be squirrels. They trust me and come to me and I just love them. Yes, I have eaten the nuts and they are fresh and I sometimes put them in my oatmeal. But my squirrel friends love them and love me. I am very happy with the quality of the nuts and the delivery time.

If this is "current new crop" then it must have been a really rotten year for walnuts.
These nuts remind me of "whited sepulchers", spotlessly clean shell but foul on the inside. I find it extremely hard to believe these poor quality nuts are "current crop". Maybe they were current several years ago, Flavor is not fresh, texture is lousy, and to add insult to injury they're overpriced!

They are fresh. I tasted them. But I feed the squirrels in my hood. They love them.

No quality consistency
I bought walnuts 3 times first 2 times they were really good easy to break and taste was fresh and better than any grocery store walnuts . 3rd time I bought and they were so hard to break and were kinda stale as well .

Yummy. And great tradition for kids plus gifts.
Don’t forget you have to roast these... but the flavor is so good after roasting! I have 16 grandkids. I picked nutsmeats out after roasting dor 20 minutes, put pennies, dimes nickels and quarters inside and glue 2 pieces together after adding a colorful ribbon. After all gift area clean, get a hammer and brick and one by one each kiddo cracks open with hammer. Coins retrieved. The one with the most total $$ gets a penny. The one with the least gets a dollar bill. Tell a story about respect for money and wisdom to use properly. I am 77 and hope my grandkids pass On This tradition my grandfather shared with us as grandkids so many years ago. Nut meats went into recipes or became little ziplock bags full for Christmas gifts for others to use in baking.
