Good taste, and I like the extra protein. I had hoped to batch-make the pancakes on Sunday, but they didn’t reheat well in the microwave. Fortunately, they’re quick enough to make fresh, so I can still make them a few times during the week.

So delicious! I add plant based egg substitute and i sub oak milk for the water. Also add some oil to the mix so it doesn’t stick to the griddle. I use a wisk to get out the lumps, and can get out most of them. I let the batter sit for the 5 min the bag recommends. The batter is thick. Use a large cookie scoop and the full bag made 25. So amazing—would never know they’re vegan! Flip them when the edges brown. Maybe my griddle runs hot but i cook at 300°. Fluffy and can taste the cinnamon. So grateful to have found these vegan pancakes!!! I make a big ol mess so I make them all at once and then freeze most of them. I microwave them on defrost and come out just as perfect.

This got pricey with the inflation, so we wait for it to go on sale at Whole Foods. Very good and an easy way to get protein in at breakfast. So easy and fast to make before my kids have to leave for the bus.

These actually taste great! I was hesitant about the plant protein but I couldn’t even tell. My husband even liked them and he usually doesn’t like “healthy pancakes.” Very easy to make. They were pretty fluffy and not too dense. Did not cause me any stomach upset. Only downside is that you don’t get much for what you purchase. We are a family of 4, and I got 2 breakfasts out of it.

You can’t tell they are better for you, fooled all the kids into eating better. Love! Pancakes were so fluffy & didn’t make us feel heavy after eating them.

I am so happy to have found this vegan mix. I use it to make waffles. It's so easy to mix and go. The waffles come out fluffy and crisp. Makes for a great brunch that is easy to make and clean up. I've even brought this along on camping trips because it's so tasty and quick to make.
