This is a good hose and I love the fact that you can change the spray to what suits the job you’re using it for…..but…I find it a bit annoying as it’s so stiff and you have to pull to really get it to where you want to be. It’s great size wise too and the fact you don’t have to roll it up after use is a bonus. I usually fit my hose onto the kitchen tap then put it out of the window, but it was being a bit annoying trying to get it out because of the stiffness it kept sticking on the edge of the open window. Maybe I was just grumpy because I was going out to do weeds. I was using it to fill up my sprayer to dilute weed killer. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to keep the trigger pulled to fill over 36 litres of water each time. There’s a little clip and if you place it in a certain position the hose stays on. I appreciated this little blessing as I had to fill a few times as the weeds are unbelievable this year. All in all a good item except for the coils getting stuck…but as I said could’ve been more annoying because I was grumpy it was just after 6am and I hadn’t had my coffee yet 🙄😂

Good product and the tap connector and water sprayer work without leaking.The house is very stiff and the only concern is the pulling at the tap.

Bad design

Fantastic service considering I ordered late Good Friday afternoon and they were delivered 10.30 Tuesday morning 😊The hose appears to be good quality and longer than I expected (I know it says the length 🙄) but I am having a few issues with connections at the moment, water is spraying out, but I will sort it one dayI cannot fault the service I have received 😁

Hose is ok, but nozzle broke on only second time of using. Cheap and useless.

Great product with very good customer service response. As normal Royal Mail delivery was late.

Ideal for my long narrow garden - didn't want a conventional coiled hose again so I got this - easy to use, and when I store it away, I leave it coiled round a broom and put in shed, so it can stay upright to drain. (yes, I know you can buy special holders for these hoses, but why bother? The broom was only one from the £1 shop and it works fine)

Hard to handle when extending to anywhere near full length - especially if not in staight line and around obstacles
