I did not like the Alphabrace . I thought it was poorly made. Some of the stitching did not hit the area to be stitched. I did not feel the support was there either. I am going to be sending them back for a refund.

I really like this brace. I've tried many different ones over the last couple of years, and this is my favorite (I use it on my right hand). It's secure in the right places, so I don't get red marks or bruising. The construction seems pretty good and it's been great for the last month or so.The one thing I have an issue with is (and I don't know if mine was just defective or what), but two of the three straps only velcro in one place. That means I have about 8 inches of extra velcro that doesn't attach to anything. I don't know if I'm supposed to cut it off, or if there should have been another piece to secure it. On the third strap (the one around the forearm) there is a piece of velcro sewn on so that it doesn't flap around. I just wear a sock over it so none of the pieces unstick or scratch me. Also, I wear this at night, so the look doesn't matter as much to me.I know some people complain about the thumb holder. I like it. It's not going to stop you if you really want to bend your thumb, but it's enough to keep mine in place while I sleep.Oh, and if anyone knows about the extra velcro vs. cutting the excess off, please let me know.

Works great I'd you have trouble with your wrist and thumb area. Wore at night and by the second night of wearing it, the 3rd morning the pain had some what subsided and was able to use my hand again

I've had so many of these over the years & they keep improving them. I will continue to have issues w/ my tendonitis, but I have to keep protecting my hand with products like this. It's very comfortable, it breathes, which is so important, it is very light weight. Would buy it again.

I have small hands and wrist, so I ordered the small. It's still to big. I deal with it because it's just the thumb that is way to big. It is comfortable and does support. I would like it more it the thumb section wasn't 1" longer than my thumb.

Very hard to use. The Velcro straps are hard to adjust.
