🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Instant hit—a buffet just for my backyard squirrels!
I picked up the Pennington Pride Squirrel & Critter Blend (10-lb bag) after I installed a squirrel-proof bird feeder and immediately felt guilty watching my furry gymnasts pull Cirque-du-Soleil moves for a single sunflower seed. This mix—corn, black-oil sunflower seeds, and whole peanuts—was the peace offering they deserved, and it’s been a runaway success ever since. What I loveHappy, distracted squirrels. The moment I filled their new feeder, my regulars abandoned the bird station and set up camp at their own all-you-can-eat bar. Zero raids on the bird seed since.Crowd-pleasing recipe. Those three favorite foods mean almost no waste left behind.Stays fresh. Kernels and peanuts look clean and dust-free.Great value. Ten pounds lasts me a couple of weeks with daily refills—and it’s still cheaper than replacing spilled bird seed.A couple of tipsPair it with a dedicated squirrel feeder (I mounted a tiny picnic table to the fence) so the critters aren’t scattering seed on the ground.Place the feeder where you get a front-row view—near a window or patio rail—so you can enjoy their happy little food-coma faces while you sip your coffee. 😉Bottom line: If you want guilt-free bird watching and front-row squirrel entertainment, this blend is a no-brainer. My squirrels have officially upgraded from petty thieves to honored dinner guests!

Gray squirrels love it... They love the corn..
An update on my earlier review, the squirrels are loving the corn so I am very happy about that.. they just didn't love it in the first place that I put it but they love it where I go a lot..

Good Critter Feed....Deer, Rabbits, Squirrels, etc.
This squirrel seed mixture is pretty good quality but the corn is not really appealing to the birds and squirrels in my intercity area. The birds picked out the sunflower seeds and left behind the peanuts and corn. My squirrels in the garden picked all the peanuts out and just scattered the corn on the ground leaving them behind. Probably would be more appealing to deer and other small critters for those that live in the country or suburban areas but not so much city settings -- Probably won't order this again since my setting doesn't have many critters mostly squirrels and birds.

Good bird food.
The birds love this food. It smells good and it must taste good to the birds too because they sure do eat it. Good qualities stuff.

Squirrels Enjoy It
I have daily visits by squirrels for food and water. I built two separate platforms on our fence for them to sit and eat, and there are various watering stations around the property. I do this so that they leave my flower beds, blueberry bushes, and vegetable gardens alone. It is a good relationship provided that I don’t neglect them (they give me reminders if the food runs out). They love this critter food mix. I have also seen some birds messing with the food.

Actual Horse kernals not for wildlife
I bought this over 8 months ago. When I first opened the bag I thought, "Whoa, this is horse grain". Why because the kernals are the exact kernals horses not nature and wildlife eat. Case in point the squirrels, raacoons and opposumns still haven't eaten the pellets I left on the ground weeks ago. The corn is horse grain as I had two horses and know. Plus the wildlife if turned off by the coating over the corn kernals. The bag is 90% corn kernals so I wasted my money. Now a bag of peanuts go a long way, but I am basically at 3/4 of the bag tossing the kernals while I am walking in the pond under bushes anywhere to get it out of my house.
