One pad? Are you freaking serious? They actually sell these as singles! This item is meant to be used in pairs! The stitching looks weak as hell and are cheaply made even for this price point. I would not suggest this brand for anything! Cheap and misleading. If you really want to waste your money, just give it to me please. This item is horrible quality and I cannot trust a martial arts equipment company that doesn’t know anything about what they’re selling. What a joke this brand is!

I'm a 210 pound kickboxing and krav maga practitioner and they've held up for 2 months so far with no issues. They are comfortable to hold and hit.

They felt really nice when I first put them on. After 2 days of using and kicking. The seam at the top of the pad has already split. Im new to martial arts and know that the power being applied to these pads is nowhere near professional A little disappointed to be honest.

It is just a bit smaller than what we use at the mma gym. But it’s perfect for home practice even for adults.

Really hate that there was one the photo was misleading, but I can use it when I'm kicking.

I been using this product for a couple of weeks so far i like it i am impressed with the quality since the price was really good. I like it, buy with confidence. Its solid a little hard but its softening a little which is goog. Looks great too very nice look.
