After initial use daily, most people can go to every other or every 3rd day for maintenance. They are soothing and non irritating to eyes already uncomfortable due to allergic conditions. Living here in rural Indiana, we deal with many pollen allergens in particular from crops, woodlands, yard mowing, roadside weeds etc. I also garden which kicks up watery, itchy eyes.
