Please don't buy this. Blue strawberries are an internet rumor based on one photoshopped picture and some research that never panned out. The attempt to create a freeze-durable strawberry by adding fish DNA did indeed occur, but the berries were not actually blue and were never put into production. In addition, the pictures you are seeing are of red or white strawberries that have been altered, some with more attention to detail than others. You may notice that immature strawberries in some of these photos also appear blue (immature fruit should be green), that the level of blue color is consistent throughout the fruit (almost any particular fruit will have some gradations in its color), and/or you can see slight pink color reflected on the surface the berry is sitting on.Also, you can see that the immature berry on the left is in the process of going red.

There are no genetically modified Blue Strawberries in market, ergo this listing is a scam.
