ECCO Women's, Soft 7 Tred GTX HI Boot

Everyone said we had to size up, and for a while my size was not available. I was frustrated, because I really wanted these shoes. I love Ecco shoes, they really work very well for me. In this case, I loved the dark mauve color and really wanted a warmer pair of shoes suited to the climate I am now living in. Then, all of a sudden one pair showed up on the amazon website that could work for me. 2 sizes up! The day it arrived I had to make a decision of whether to walk out in the rain with it or wait, in case I needed to return it. But one and a half sizes up (I often wear a 37 or, for boots a 38 European size, and this is 39) it felt so comfortable and right, that I walked out in the rain trusting I finally had the right pair of shoes. They protected me, they look great, and the suede did not take too long to dry.

Ordered these for a 4 country trip to Europe during winter with lots of walking and cobblestone streets. These kept my feet comfy, cozy and dry while wearing them for 2 weeks straight in conditions including rain. They were perfectly supportive and looked nice enough to go from sight seeing to dinner in. The ribbon ties dress them up, but are challenging to keep tied (came loose at times even with double bow). Easy on/off with zipper once adjusted for comfort with the laces. Minimal to no break in period. One of the best footwear purchases I have made!

I love these boots. I wore my last pair u til they were completely destroyed. These seem less wayetrproof than my previous pair, but still do ok keeping my feet pretty dry and toasty. They are a breeze to put on, and comfortable to walk many hundred of kilometers in. They are not good at being slip proof in rainy weather though, so use caution. They are plenty grippy od dry concrete. They are ok on trails, but the soles are just too uniformly flat to really be useful. The tread quickly gets cakes.in dirt or mud and then you are just basically shuffling along hoping not to slip. But for mostly dry city walking and exploring, they are great. Especially in winter. They are also lightweight.

These boots are very cute, especially when worn with the ribbon laces. (I put a couple of stitches through the laces to keep them tied). The zippers make them so easy to get in and out of. They are truly Ecco comfortable and high quality. I wear the next larger size than usual because of the thick lining. Love these!

This is really nice pair of shoes. Looks warm inside of shoes and has waterproofing function. But I recommend to choose 1 size bigger than what yuo normally wear. It is 1/2 size smaller than normal size, I think. In general, I'd like to buy another pair of shoes for my wife, if I need.

These shoes are super cute and I liked that they came with two different styles of laces, regular thin and wide flat ribbon. They seem high quality and I wanted to love them, unfortunately they were way too narrow for my feet so I had to return them. Part of me wanted to keep them and just endure the pain that would surely follow but with such a high price, I could not justify it!

I bought the Morel color, and it is very attractive. This boot is actually more attractive on than in the picture, has a slipper like fuzzy soft lining that keeps my feet warm, and even though I wore all day with one of our typical Northwest rains, my feet are dry. The fuzzy lining does take up space, so I bought the one size larger, and it fits and is comfortable. This is one of my favorite Ecco shoes and so I also bought a pair in a dark color. I first adjusted the fitting by closing the zippers and adjusting the tie to fit, so now only use the zippers, a nice feature.

I bought a pair of these three years ago in black and absolutely love them so when I saw them in brown I snatched them up. They're comfortable, warm, easy to get on and off, only get more comfortable with wear and they're great in wet and cold weather. I've walked on the beach in winter in them and stayed dry and toasty. They're also easy to clean. The laces have a tendency to come unlaced so double knot them and forget them because You'll be using the side zip to get them on and off anyway.

Ich bin ein totaler Fan von Ecco. Die Schuhe sind super bequem, passen wie erwartet und sehen toll aus. Ich liebe den Reisverschluss. So kann ich die Schuhe super schnell aus und anziehen.

I already own a pair of these in black and I loved them so much that I eagerly picked up another pair in Cashmere. Soft, comfortable, waterproof, and warm in cool weather. Both practical and stylish! The thick interior lining means that you'll likely want to size up though, especially if you wear a half size. I'm always an 8.5, but while I CAN fit in the 8-8.5 for these I find the 9-9.5 is much more comfortable.
