Can this be used on sisterlocks?

Yes it can. It works well on my clients.

What size would I choose for pencil size Locs?

The middle one, because the other two are to wide to pull though easy.

One lok is inserted into an opening in the device. The hair is secured in a circular opening in the bottom of the device. The opposite end of the device has a point that is used to weave the lok through the root of the lok . This is an alternative to twisting loks.
