Great Little Pasta Maker
I'm happy with this pasta machine so far! Loved making fresh noodles with it. It's easy and convenient to make homemade pasta and noodles now. Also, the size is great and it fits small counter space pretty well. It comes with a clamp for you to secure the machine to a counter or table top particularly when you are trying to flatten the dough to sheet. I can use my hand to stable it if I'm just making quick small portions. The noodles come out clean underneath and I just grab them after I'm done rolling through the machine. I can see the electric version may be better to allow one person to free up their hands to grab the noodles. Overall, it works very well.

The cutest. Looks vintage. Works perfectly
I would highly highly recommend this if you are beginning to make your own lasagna sheets or spaghetti and or fettuccine! Simple. Aesthetic. Darling. Old fashioned. GREAT price!! Especially compared to kitchen Aid Pasta Maker Attachments. When using- it adds a little pop of color and fun into your kitchen 🤗

Great price. Very sturdy
Its great for the price. Handle comes off occasionally but just a quick placement and all is good. Lovely color. Very sturdy. I would give it a 4 and a 1/2 for that but Amazon doesn't do half stars. Price is great

Great value for your money
This is the first pasta machine I have owned, but I researched everything available before deciding on this one. There are nicer ones, like Marcato, but for 30-ish bucks you get a solid machine with two cutters in a configuration that is fairly intuitive to use. I have mostly used mine for making ramen, which is a very dry dough that takes a lot of rolling to bring together, and this machine does it like a champ. I'm sure I could find things to nitpick, but it’s a fantastic product for the price point and it would be unreasonable for me to expect it to have all the bells and whistles and still be this inexpensive. I'm very happy with it for my first foray into homemade pasta.

Sturdy. Totally worth it.
My previous pasta maker had the detachable spaghetti cutter on it. After a couple of uses, it began to seize up when I tried to use that attachment. I figured if it was all one piece that wouldn't be an issue. This works great! No seizing up at all.

You get what you pay for
In terms of easiness, it was designed from a user perspective. It was a good deal too. Easy to load in and roll, especially with the extension that snaps on. After a handful of uses, it’s clear that this is a very light duty machine not meant for the rigors of weekly pasta making. Even with the cleaning brushes provided, there is no way to get crusted flour and dough out of the machine. With the old heavy machines you could wait for it to harden and give it a few good smacks which would make the dried dough fall out. This is not that. It’s made of a lighter metal and won’t take any abuse. The tension springs underneath gave way after about 5-6 months of using, which would make the cutting slip or turn out uneven. After fixing and fixing several times, I finally gave this piece of scrap metal the burial that is begged for. It couldn’t keep up with the big boys. If you plan to make pasta a few times as a novelty and family bonding experience, it’s worth it. If you plan to use this as a work horse, this is not the right machine for you.

Wouldnt use for food or clay...dont buy it
The gears must be greased up pretty good because i get about an inch of black stain lines on either side of my clay when rolling. My white clay was ruined the very first time I used it. I cleaned the rollers but after a few turns, the black lines come back. It's fine for dark clays but forget it with lighter shades. I'm actually shocked that people are using this for their food after seeing the stains on my clay.....yuck

Great product Great Price
Me and my daughter just started learning how to make fresh pasta. I purchased this around christmas and we have been making homemade fresh pasta ever since. It was so easy we it start using right away. After only using it a few times we felt like pros. It was so easy, the price was great and the clean up was easy. If you thinking about making pasta for the family I highly suggest this product. Bonus I love the vintage yellow color.

Perfecta
Recomendada.

Great basic design
Use a standard pasta recipe, knead it well and rest the dough for an hour or two. If you follow a recipe, this roller works great. Also watch a YouTube video how to properly roll it and fold it, if you don’t already know. If you follow those steps, I don’t see how you could mess it up. I like that the parts are durable and simple. It’s a well made sturdy machine. To clean, I let it the dough dry and then it flakes right off the roller and or cutter. It’s small so it’s easy to store.

Price variance
Machine is great. HOWEVER, I purchased on amazon.ca for CAD $84.99 CAD. Then checked the same item on amazon.com. The cost was USD 32.99 + 19.18 shipping. That's about CAD $70. Why the difference?
