I have purchased many spice products from this supplier and have seldom been disappointed. This sumac is a bright, tart spice useful in many recipes where the need for tang is required. If you've never tried it, get some and just place a bit on your tongue. That will help you understand in what recipes it could lend its terrific taste.

I like purchasing this brand - spices are fresh and sealed well in package. Tried this spice and it's wonderful - light, lemon flavor a bit. Great, great on chicken. Larger grained than dust.

Love this spice
Great value. I saved the old Shaker and just added this to it, or you could use a pepper shaker. Tastes fresher than what originally came in the Shaker I'm using. Great taste.

This is great
I love sumac and am heavy handed with it. I normally get a different brand that’s not ground as fine but it was out of stock. This is great. You can smell the freshness and the taste is really there. There’s no added salt either which makes it even better. The packaging is resealable so you have a place to keep it nice and fresh.
