Save money on fabrics softeners
This takes away the statics and save money on fabric softeners. No chemical and environmental safe. I have four of these balls total. My original balls lasted more than 10 years. I brought more because sometimes the balls are in my sonโs unfolded laundry. Extra balls available, makes it better for those that want to dry their next load of clothes.

Game changer!
Great product. Specifically this brand as the balls are soft and do not make a lot of noise when bouncing around the dryer like other brands which have a harder plastic, these are more like rubber. I also noticed reduced dryer time. AND I have not burned a comforter since! This is a big issue for those of us who have to wash at a laundry matt vs at home. The dryers at the laundry matt are not very good at temp control so either you get wet spots on low, or burn on high. These balls create a good rythem so i can dry on low, and even cut the time in half with out burning my thicker materials.

Only lasted about 9 months before breaking
Plastic dryer balls are supposed to last 2-5 years. These only lasted us almost 9 months before BOTH of them split in half. We only wash laundry once a week for two adults and a toddler. (And the adults work from home, so weโre mostly washing lightweight clothes like leggings and t-shirts.) I am disappointed that these didnโt last longer. I bought pure wool balls to replace these. Hopefully Iโll have better results with a different product.

happy with these
These are the 1st dryer balls I have tried, but needed to avoid wool for family allergy needs. I chose these based on them appearing to be not quite as hard as other products to help cut down on noise from the dryer and have been very pleased. I just leave 4 in the dryer and have been pleased with their performance but not bothered by excess noise. They are are holding up well thus far.

You've Got to Try them to Believe it!
I originally ordered these from a [...] because I was looking for natural/organic alternatives for household products. These things are fabulous! They cut my dryer time by 25-50% and now I don't use dryer sheets or fabric softner on any of my natural fabrics. I had tried not using fabric softner on my kitchen towels before I got the dryer balls but found that they didn't dry very well and weren't very soft. But with the dryer balls everything is soft and dries great! Now I just seperate my synthetic fabric clothes into their own load and dry them with just a 1/2 a dryer sheet to prevent static cling and none of my other loads (about 6 of them) require any softner at all.I liked them so much I bought nine other sets and gave them out as Christmas presents. I plan to buy and give out more this year as well.I've been using them for more than a year now and don't know why I didn't try them sooner. You've got to try them to believe them!

These Really Work!
So, first off, let me point out that I don't use any fabric softener, either in the washer, or in the dryer. Instead, I use plain white vinegar (in place of liquid fabric softener in the washer) Try it! It really works, and your clothes *do not* end up smelling like vinegar! And really my clothes were already soft enough, and static-free and wrinkle-free coming out of the dryer. But I was curious about these, which is why I got them. I also got the cruelty-free wool dryer balls for loads that had delicate items in them. And yes, they work! My laundry does seem fluffier, and less wrinkled - it may even dry in less time (not sure), and maybe even a tad softer! Here are the wool ones: Molly's Suds Wool Dryer Balls, Pack of 3, Natural Alternative to Toxic Fabric Softeners, 100% Hand Felted Wool Lasts Up To 1,000 Loads

These work better than wool
I bought some of these wayyyy back when they were invented and used them for probably 15 years. They finally died. So I thought these particular ones were kindof expensive so I got some wool ones. The wool ones don't work near as well. Static is a problem with the wool ones . These reduce static. After about a month I spent the extra money to get these. They work like they are supposed to. I highly recommend.

PVC is toxic to everyone and the environment, and especially to children
These dryer balls are made of PVC. PVC is the most toxic plastic for our health and environment. No other plastic contains or releases as many dangerous chemicals. Toxic chemicals, known as adipates and phthalates, leach out especially at high temperatures. If you have children:Children are uniquely vulnerable to chemical exposure. A small exposure translates into a big dose. Congress just recently banned phthalates in children's toys. Children put things in their mouths and spend a lot of time on the floor and ground, so they may ingest chemicals from toys, containers, dirt and dust on a regular basis. Childrens' developing brains and bodies, their metabolism and behaviors make them uniquely vulnerable to harm from toxic chemicals such as those released by the PVC lifecycle: Exposure begins in the womb through the mother's exposures to toxic chemicals. Infants ingest chemicals through breast milk, formula and contact with their environment. Rapid brain development in the fetus, infants and young children make them more susceptible to harm from chemicals that may impair brain function and development. For their weight, children eat, drink and breathe more than adults - so pound for pound they take in a greater quantity of toxic contaminants. For the environment:PVC's destructive toxic life begins with manufacturing, continues during product use, and then creates devastating pollution problems when it is disposed. The production of PVC requires the manufacture of raw chemicals, including highly polluting chlorine, and cancer-causing vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) and ethylene dichloride (EDC). Communities surrounding U.S. vinyl chloride chemical facilities, half of which are in Louisiana, suffer from serious toxic chemical pollution of their groundwater supplies, surface waters and air. Residents of the town of Mossville, Louisiana had dioxin levels in their blood that were three times higher than normal. PVC plastic also requires large amounts of toxic additives to make it stable and usable. These additives are released during the use (and disposal) of PVC products, resulting in elevated human exposures to phthalates, lead, cadmium, tin and other toxic chemicals.

An economical and environmental choice
These balls live in our dryer and they are most effective at reducing static in all our laundry. We do not have to purchase dryer sheets which are single use and create more trash.

Split apart almost immediately
Worked well until the balls split apart, which was within a handful of times using them.

Overpriced
Quality on these is good but at double the in-store price, value for money is just not there. You could buy two packs (four balls in total) in-store for the same price AND pick the colors you want.

Ni bien ni mal.
No he notado la diferencia al secado, seguirรฉ usando pero no han desquitado lo que costaron.
