**Q: Is this the ones that do jammy dodger biscuits?**
A: I don't have them to hand but from memory, yes I think the red cutter does the jammy dodger middle cut - with the outside cut for the main biscuit. I've not used the jammy dodger one yet but I tried the bourbon one and was very impressed with the result. They're quite sturdy cutters as well.

**Q: Has anyone ever used these with Polymer Clay? Would it work?**
A: If it's the soft polymer clay, you might deform it when removing it from the mould. Other than that, I couldn't see any problem (although I can't say for sure as I've never used them for this purpose).

**Q: Do you get recipes with the cutters?**
A: No, there are no recipes with the cutters but it says on the packaging "see website for recipes". There are some nice looking recipes on the Dexam website, but no Classic British Biscuits. Suitable recipes do seem to be available elsewhere online though.

**Q: What are the best recipes for these cutters?**
A: I think they came with the recipes. If you search on sagekitchenware con U.K., and dexam biscuit recipes bourbon it will show the recipes for the three cutters. I’ve found if you roll and refrigerate the dough first, then dip the cutter into flour between each press they come off the cutter better and hold the design. I usually pop the tray back in the fridge for about 5-10 mins before baking if the kitchen is warm.

I made custard creams - they were delicious (better than the actual biscuits due to the recipe) and looked so authentic. I was delighted. A little bit of a fiddle to use and it's best to make sure the dough is well rested and really cold but worth the effort
