Good product and brand. Still lively and working perfectly well till date. I bought it since 2023 and it's still doing excellent job. Ease to clean and blend very well.

Great design with suction pads to keep it in place on your worktop. Works really well. Great value.

The blender is good. But the coffee grinder cover is very hard to open. I tried many times, it could not open. So I can't use it. Can you please send me another grinder

Not impressed. Stopped working after about 5 uses. Very disappointed with this product and can’t get it returned despite its barely 32 days with me. I feel defrauded by with purchase.

OK, I bought it as it was cheap and basic, suitable for my elderly mother.GOOD features: cheap, wide mouthed, good capacity, well fitting lid, pulse feature and 2 speeds, base is good as it's secure & sticks well to counter. I recommend sluicing it out immediately you've poured the contents, it rinses out well.NOT SO GOOD features: I prefer glass jugs, this is plastic, slightly cheap feeling and looking. Jug awkward to position, no marker to show which way to twist. Quite noisy operation and was slow and struggling a bit to make crumbs when I put a dry piece of toast and crusts in (compared to my own Ninja type mixer that I adore and only needs a couple of pulses). Short flex, a bit too short to reach my outlet plugs.Haven't used the grinder feature yet so can't comment. Probably ok for nuts, dry cheese, crumbs, possibly coffee beans.

This product needs careful attention, it jumps and needs to be held to operate otherwise it jumps. However Works quite well and good quality.
