Item defective, Must wait 30 days for refund!
This seemed to have worked fine until trying to use the P/A option The microphone would not work properly. I would have asked for another unit to be sent to me. But the rules are that even after is is shipped back to Amazon. They have up to 30 days before a refund is issued. I called around and found the same item locally and it was less money and free installation as well. I am loosing faith in Amazons policies NOW I am being told that I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE 30th to get a refund. They received this back 4 days ago according to the tracking information!!’n This company os lazy as hell, I will call my CREDIT CARD COMPANY AT THE END OF TODAY AND THEN REQUEST A CHARGEBACK ON MY CARD!
