I had a huge issue with body pain from taking pravastatan. My dad told me he added coq10 and it helped elevate the pain he had so I gave it a shot. This has been a lifesaver for me!!! It's difficult to review something like this, because it's difficult to know cause and effect. But I do have more energy since taking it, which is why I ordered it again. There may be other factors, but this brand of the enzyme was the only thing I changed so I'm sticking with it.

Great item. Even though I don't have high blood pressure, it is higher than it used to be when I was young. This product lowered my blood pressure to the range it was when I was twenty-something.

I've been taking this supplement for about 8 months or so and its the best quality for the money that I've tried so far. This brand of COQ10 gives me long lasting natural energy and is a great addition to my daily vitamins.

So far this has really help me become more energized and help my BP. While my cholesterol was not bad before I started taking this product, I started taking it because I want to lower it from high-normal to mid-normal. It is too early to tell if has any effect yet
