Looks and feels great.
Looks and feels like real leather. Looks as good as new now. It was a little tricky to install so I rolled back the leather and cut some of the foam and plastic material away from the side where the zipper ends up so that I could tuck it into the clip. The other side tucked into the clip just fine. Took about 20 minutes. I saw other ones out there for as much as $30. This one is probably the exact same one but only costs $13.

Nice inexpensive replacement, not the easiest install.
The somewhat challenging install is worth the effort because the result is a nice, new headband pad for your Bose QuietComfort 15 noise-canceling headphones making them wearable again. Installation is not overly difficult but does involve some manual dexterity. Since no instructions are included I recommend going online and watching a video on installing the headband cushion pad. The most difficult part of the installation is pushing the excess material into the headband clip with the "bump" and then securing the bottom half of the clip and screwing the two halves together. It might take a couple of tries to get it right. If you have a screwdriver tip that fits the included screws, I recommend using it rather than the provided screwdriver which is quite small and not easy to use. Also, the clips are designed so that the zipper ends fit into "bump" on the upper piece. You can, as one reviewer did, not put the zipper ends into the "bump" that makes the installation easier. However, this is not the correct way to do it and the result will not be as "clean" looking.

Works
My old ones were literally falling to pieces. When you touched them your fingers came away blackened from the old rotting cover. This one for, was fairly easy to fit and together with new ear pads has made them completely useable again.

Very happy to be able to replace our Bosch headphones with these new products.
It was challenging to replace the soft headpiece & new earphones. I never thought I could replace these as they were very old & started deteriorating. I had to clean up the Bosch headphones when removing the old pieces carefully, & replace the pieces I ordered, which took some time & patience & they are just like new now. They operate very well with the sound silencing & for listening to music. Very comfortable to wear.

Not recommended: plastic clips very poorly designed
Pros:- good feel to the material- comfortable on my head- good looking- easy to install the replacement headband material (but not the clips)Cons:- the plastic end clips are very poorly designed making installation extremely complicated- supplied screwdriver head didn't fit the supplied screw headsIt took me over 1/2 to put the headband on and fasten the clips. The biggest disappointment with this product is that the plastic end clips are very poorly designed and require you to trim the headband material and internal plastic stiffener. Even after trimming, the clips had a very difficult time fitting over the material and screwing them together was a chore because you had to align the two halves of the clip as well as the headband material so the screws would protrude through the two notches cut into the Bose metal headband frame. It would have been better if the clips would be able to be clipped together mechanically to hold them in place while you screw them together. No instructions were provided for assembly, but once I figured out that the zipper head should be outside the clip and not inside it, things went together a bit more easily. I still get the feeling that there is a excessive amount of stress on the molded plastic screw receivers in the big clips and that I can see the stress working their way out or the clips snapping off. After the headband was installed, it looks and feels good, however given the amount of effort required to install this, I would not recommend this particular headband replacement.

A little challenging to install but looks great!
No instructions were provided but it was easy enough to figure out how to install. I didn’t have to trim any material or plastic as some reviews have mentioned. My install isn’t perfect but i think it turned out really well. This set is half the price of another one I saw on here. Overall, I’m very happy with this.

Good fit
Great fit and easy to install! Unfortunately, it didnt come with installation instructions. But YouTube was great...fyi some trimming is required for good fit.

It works but it’s a poor fit. A pain to install.
For what it is intended, it served its purpose. My Bose earphones are usable again. However, installation was a pain. The foam and the plastic insert that it came with does not match the headphone at all. I had to cut many times to make it fit. And the fake leather is scrunched up so much at each end that the screw and the plastic that holds it looks like it’s going to break. But to their credit it hasn’t yet and my wife is using it fine. It doesn’t look pretty but it works. But I would not recommend it because the install was a pain and it’s definitely not for everyone.
