It really took away from the experience. I purchased this for a recent trip and it worked perfectly, I had no issues with my hair getting trapped and it kept my hair out of my field of vision as well.I do agree with another reviewer that the band is thinner than pictured. I would have preferred that thickness to cover my ears a bit better. Overall, a very good purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OK, so my husband is not as "hunky" as ... *by S***H on August 14, 2018* OK, so my husband is not as "hunky" as this made model in the pics (shhhhh don't tell him I said that) but he surfs & swims a LOT and was always complaining that his hair was in his eyes.....so I ordered this headband and ALAKAZAM, problem solved. He really likes it and it looks cooler (I mean, more hunky) on him then I thought it would :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It really does what is made for and looks amazing *by R***O on August 4, 2018* I've had a large number os headbands that keep sliding backwards. This one is amazing because it really stays in place and it looks amazing. Very comfortable too! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/128923577-the-good-tides-swimming-headbands-for-men-women-goodbye-uncomfortable](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/128923577-the-good-tides-swimming-headbands-for-men-women-goodbye-uncomfortable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
