I've been listening to Coach for a couple of years now. I agree with him in some cases, but I disagree with him in others. That's the way it is.What I liked about the book is that is had some simple, obvious guidelines for men to consider incorporating into their own lives. Nothing in this book was meant to be rocket science. It was supposed to be a reminder of things you may have forgotten, lessons that were simply overlooked ergo never taught to you, or ideas for you to consume so that you can learn (because let's face it, some things cannot be taught).The ultimate objective that this author wants for the readers to achieve is PQF. Start appreciating yourself by demonstrating self-respect. Work hard so you build a sense of pride. Sharpen your mind so you can be more decisive. Don't go chasing gratuitous and hedonistic vices. Build a life that gives you some time to enjoy life.Be respectful towards yourself and as the saying goes, you are what you attract, and you will attract respectful people into your life.Some minor things I disliked about the book: small grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes; and some of the sentence structures could use some improvement. Fortunately, these small mistakes do not take away from the book's overall message.

I’ve been noticing that a lot of men in the manosphere are now advertising themselves as men that have “gone their own way,” but in reality they aren’t really mgtows. This book does have a lot of MGTOWish messages in it, but it’s not a true MGTOW book. Regardless, it’s a good book for younger guys that are starting to get their feet wet in life.As a MGTOW myself, my only criticism of this book is that telling young men to engage with women and not expecting them to fall in love and get married one day is not realistic to me. From my own experiences and from what I’ve seen from other mens experiences, men tend to be overly emotional and tend to not think straight when in the presence of a very attractive women. When they come across a woman one day that blows their mind away, they’re mostly likely going to fall into the marriage trap. That is why I feel like the message in the book sounds good on paper, but doesn’t seem realistic.

The book is a good read. Like a rant with data. Times have changed and people being people no matter the gender will exploit others for gain. CGA is inspirational but this book can be very toxic for young men with no experience in how the world works. It's like avoiding fire because you burned your whole body and it deformed you, divorce is that bad for some. However, avoiding fire for good doesn't work because we also cook with it. Some men are POS just as much as some women. Being a "Free Agent" is not good long term as we age. Family is the way to go however in America men get screwed over. CGA has a good perspective on avoiding the trap and not marrying the wrong women. Dark days for good men.

Well written and at a good pace, makes great points and does not get too wordy. Excellent pace and each chapter feels the right length without being to long. Once I started I just read it to the end and it took several hours. The kindle e version you can highlight along the way. As Coach Greg Adams has one of the best YouTube channels out there his personality shines through the written text. I also bought a gifted a book for a married male friend of mine to help him along too. Gift one copy if you can of the book if it helps you. Help other men and spread the free agent lifestyle

This book is an excellent read and provides very good analysis on its subject matter.
