Another great addition to the Panzerwrecks family
Panzerwrecks has begun to specialize in topics with 16 focusing upon the Battle of the Bulge. As usual there are the top notch and well researched captions and many never seen before pictures of German vehicles. The stand outs are some rare Tiger I that took part in the battle from sPz Abt 506, a special Panther made to look like an American M10 tank destroyer, several captured Shermans used by the 5th Fallschirmjager Div along with some other American vehicles, a Tiger II, a PzBeobWg III, a French Somua halftrack used by the Germans, an SdKfz 234/2 Puma armored car at a military collection point, a super rare PzBefsWg IV used by artillery units with interior pics, and some Jagdpanthers. Of course there are also the usual mix of StuGs, Pz IVs, Panthers and half tracks as well.

The Panzerwrecks crew found us a heapin' helpin' of Bulge pictures that most of us have never seen. Many from private collections, but some new ones from NARA & the IWM too. There are some well known shots with additional views taken over time & much more.

Another excellent PW title
Another great PW title. Despite having lots of books on BoB I had not seen many of the pictures before. Captions expertly written and informative,Highly recommended for those interested in armour or this battle.

16 Panzerwrecks Bulge
I really liked this book The photos are clear and reminds you how powerful they were in one way but also how the could be put out of action in another
