Classique Maison Moscow Mule Solid Copper Mug, 16-Ounce

My wife and I love to entertain. Having the right stemware and glasses for a variety of drinks and occasions is not only fun for us, it allows us to entertain our guests in a memorable way. We bought these mugs to add to our collection and we are glad we did. They are excellently made, beautiful to look at, and when we brought them out to serve our guests at a recent gathering, they were a huge hit.These mugs can handle a wide variety of cold drinks and cocktails (they are roughly the size of a large coffee mug), but we bought them specifically so was could serve the cocktail they are named for, "The Moscow Mule." This is where the customer service we received from Classique Maison was top notch. The day we ordered they sent us a recipe and detailed instructions for making a Moscow Mule cocktail. On top of that, after our item arrived, they checked back in to make sure it had arrived and included detailed use and care instructions for the item, which really comes in handy when using and caring for a copper item.The items were beautifully made, were a hit with our guests, were delivered promptly with top notch customer service. Very nice quality copper with classic beaten outer appearance. Looks solid and indestructible, althoughI will as likely be using them for Dark and Stormies rather than Mules

I'm downgrading my original 5 star rating. After using these mugs a short time, the finish on the inside is coming off resulting in dark spots. I've been following the care instructions exactly. Considering a new purchase of mugs with a nickel coated interior.

I was introduced to my first Moscow Mule a few weeks ago and really loved the cocktail, so when I saw these I ordered a pair. The hammered finish and retro handle style are very cool and I like the fact that they are solid copper and don't have a nickel lining or anything like that. These mugs are actually much nicer than the ones at the bar so I'm glad I found these. They do a great job in keeping drinks cold for a long time and I've started using them everyday even for just drinking ice water! Will definitely buy more and recommend to others.

The mugs are very beautiful and looks like good quality material. Much nicer than other mugs I have seen.

I like the idea of the mule mug but not quite sure I am in love with this mug in particular. Its hard to see but the bottom of my mug looks a bit tarnished and it looked this way as soon as I had opened the box when it was brand new. I understand that copper will tarnish. I was mainly just disappointed that this mug was tarnished already when it was supposed to be new. Could have been a storage issue that caused it but either way, was disappointing to open a new product and find it tarnished. I wasn't completely impressed with the look of the handle. The handle looks like it should be on a different mug and doesn't seem to look right with the mug itself. So maybe just a little attention to how the product is packaged and store before shipping and maybe redesigning the look of the handle and I think this mug would be great. All in all, not a poor quality product at all though. Just design which is just my personal preference and making sure they are not tarnished when shipped out. I received this product for free so I'm not out anything but if I had paid full price, I would have been unhappy. I received this product at no charge in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I was actually wanting to buy a copper mug with no lacquer lining so I could get some copper ions in the water I drank, but this one has a lining, so it was not what I was looking for. I immediately contacted Classique Maison and they were so prompt in replying and willing to take it back so I would be completely satisfied! Then when the product arrived, it was beautiful! Their exceptional customer service and their product has prompted me not to return the mug. I think their persistent communication with their customer and updating them adds to the value. This is how you run a successful business and earn a five star rating!!

It is a nice mug but I don't like the handle. It doesn't match the mug.
