do you use this for "target" areas only ? thank you.

It stretches out your skin a little bit so I use it mainly on target areas to smooth some of the fine lines out. It also makes the skin feel a bit stiff, that's why it might feel weird to use on the entire face. Overall, it's a nice product for such instant visible change.

does this work on fine lines around the lip?

No it does not. It does nothing for fine lines and wrinkles anywhere on your face. Save your money, it does not work.
