KLOS Full Size Guitar, Durable Carbon Fiber Acoustic Electric Guitar - Black with Gig Bag, Strap, Capo and more

I was in the market for a new guitar to travel with. I am retired and frequently take road trips and travel abroad. I always take a guitar with me!Through the years, I have struggled to find a guitar to travel with that really sounded like a guitar. I do have the travel Martin guitar and it sounds fine when plugged in but sounds like a tinny ukulele when played acoustically (but good to practice on) and awkward to hold while playing. In short, I abandoned it and instead brought a bulky full-size guitar (always a challenge when flying).I looked at and tried out many guitars to use while traveling. While on a recent road-trip to New Mexico, I discovered Klos. A guitarist at a winery was playing one and it sounded fantastic!!! I chatted with him and discovered that it was now his guitar of choice.On my return, I did my homework and watched numerous reviews of the guitar (all positive). They were RIGHT! This guitar is fantastic and PERFECT for travel.I opened the box (LIKE CHRISTMAS MORNING) and found it simple to assemble. The fingering and sound are GREAT! I took the guitar to my music room and plugged it into my amp and it sounded fantastic!The guitar is beautiful and I have finally located my new "travel friend" (although I am still taking my wife).Thanks KLOS!!!

I was skeptical at first, but clearly I made the right decision to go with the Klos full size carbon fiber guitar! First of all, I can attest that the reviews I read were accurate; however, in my case, I cannot find anything derogatory about my whole experience thus far. After only a few days of playing this guitary, I can honestly say that this is a love affair, and I know that I will be doing many special things with this guitar, but please keep your mind out of the gutter - this is totally platonic, or "play-tonic", as it were! The action is perfect, sounds great, and came nearly ready to play after quick assembly and tuning, which of course was very easy to do - even a caveman can do it (no offense to neanderthals - they are among us). I could have spent my money on any one of the cheaper alternatives, but I decided that the risk was not worth having the drawbacks of the other brands. Doubtless, this is truly among the most superior products in its class, and nearly flawless - I cannot point to anything I do not like about this guitar! Note to Klos: keep up the good work! You really struck a chord with this guitar, and you gained a fan for life!

I did a heavy visual inspection inside and out. The guitar is beautiful and I have seen nothing that indicates bad craftsmanship. This is my first carbon fiber guitar. My plan was to purchase the guitar on amazon and try it out while looking for other carbon options. This guitar is not available in any store to try. In fact no options are in the stores here in phoenix. So with that I spent the next 2 weeks with the Klos trying to find a reason why I wouldn't want it. Not only could I not find a reason I really grew to love it. It is really the perfect all weather guitar and perfect for traveling. The Soft case it comes with is top notch and not at all gimmicky. You can tell the the company really did research and wanted to insure everything they placed in the hands of a customer was high quality.

I do a lot of traveling and in the past have done so with a composite acoustic Cargo. I also have two other carbon fiber guitars both also composite acoustics. Recent changes in airline carryon requirements got me nervous about not being able carry on my Cargo. Hence the Klos “full size” detachable neck guitar. I am a big guy and was excited that the guitar was full size, (I kinda look funny playing the Cargo.). I was somewhat disappointed with the klos guitar. Don’t get me wrong, it gets the job done, it just has many shortcomings. First, the neck is very narrow and the string spacing is tight. Makes it hard to play. Given the guitar is full size they really could have made the neck more “standard”. Second the balance and tone of the guitar was disappointing. Again it is acceptable but not great. Way to bright and not enough bass. The Cargo sounds much better and the full size CA’s blow it away. Third, the finish of the product is also just OK. If you rub a finger around the sound hole you will get cut. Lastly, the travel/gig back again is acceptable but could be better. It takes a lot of practice to get the guitar in the bag and to tuck in the unused neck portion. The multiple zippers are still very confusing (you need to see it to understand). There has to be a better solution. The bag could also be beefier.Again, the Klos full size detachable neck guitar gets the job done, but given all the rave reviews from customers and the Klos company I really expected it to be better.

I was looking for a guitar that I could take on an airplane in the overhead bin and not compromise (at least too much) on feel and sound quality.Looked at many travel guitars online as the problem is not many local music stores carry much of selection in travel guitars outside of parlor sized guitar which still may not fit in overhead bins so no guarantee that it wouldn't end up as checkin-baggage and get lost or damaged.I had watched the review of Klos guitars by Canadian musician JP Cormier and after lots of looking around decided to order the Klos full size hybrid.I really wanted a guitar that felt full size.I have to say I am very pleased with this guitar.The sound is great and the neck action out of the box is superb.Being a travel guitar there are few things like small headstock with tuning keys close together but don't plan and spending lots of time tuning so not really an issue.The Klos full size is a great addition to my guitar family and I look forward to having it with my on my travels.

I have just purchased the Klos full size hybrid guitar, and I'm very pleased with the quality and sound of the guitar. I wanted a travel guitar for my trips from Alberta and Nova Scotia, and seen this guitar and thought it would be a perfect guitsr for what I wanted. Was very fast arriving as well. Easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend the guitar.

I decided to pull the trigger and order a Klōs full size guitar after cracking two wood sound boards in the last few years living in Alberta, Canada. Shipping was fast, and is very easy to assemble. The quality of this guitar as blown my expectations out of the water! It has a beautiful bright sound with great resonance. I can see myself buying other Klōs guitars in the future.

I just took with me around Europe. It no problems dealing with changing weather conditions. Easy to assemble and it fits perfectly into my suitcase. The most important part of the guitar is that it sounds wonderfully for a travel guitar.Well done guys.

Decent sounding guitar. Very tough and light. Will be nice to be able to leave it in the trunk on a hot day without worrying about it. It also sounds good plugged on. Carefully thought out package and good build quality. Happy with my purchase
