perfect fit.
shopping around the uk and there are very few replacement parts available. id bought a bandsaw from an auction that has a cast iron body and that was perfect in every way minus the table and trunions and the tyres were shot. no description of my model number was available online, zero info whatsoever, i figured it looks a lot (almost perfectly identical)like the rockwell 14" model....after shopping around i came across these beauties on amazon and decided to stick my neck out and see if these would do the job, $30 is not a whole great lump of money so was worth the risk...i could always sell them on right? so they arrived this morning, 9 days earlier than the estimated delivery date, they are very well made, die cast, and they fit PERFECTLY very happy indeed, buyers need not beware they are fantastic... now i just need to crack on and make the pattern for the new table i need to cast.

Perfect fit for Delta
The trunions are a perfect fit for my 1991 Delta 14 inch bandsaw. The radius is a perfect match. The label for the tilt angle is a pre-attached sticker. It is off about 10 degrees for my saw. I carefully peeled it and re-attached. Probably I will transfer the original gauge that's mounted with rivets. But I'm pleased with the quality of these.

Seems well made. One of them comes with the angle gauge sticker.
I bought a used band saw with the table broken off. These got everything fixed up right. They are beefier (thicker) than the originals, so I needed to file down the bolt head blocks that ride in them (started on a grinder, but a file turned out to be the better tool). The bolt holes match the originals, so everything fit well to the table.

Fits, need some file/sanding on original nuts to work.
Fit a CM band saw made in 1956. Had to file the nuts that fit inside the trunnion a bit to get them to fit inside correctly and move smoothly. Beefier than the original parts which is nice, but the attachment holes were a bit "unfinished" and has some over pour flashing from the mold still on them. Hence the star off. Satisfied with the product, beats buying a new saw. If you are looking here it means you probably gorilla manned the table while moving your saw too; try not to do that again.

These are 50mm radius trunnions
I purchased these trunnions for my Steel City Bandsaw as they are about the only one's out there. These trunnions are built to a 50mm radius. My saw's trunnions are 75mm. You will see the difference in pictures 1, 2 & 3. If yours are 50mm then these will fit perfectly and you don't need to read any further. If your's are like mine, I had to fill in the gap from this radius difference. I created a drawing of the differences and slid the 50mm radius down to have a 1/4' minimum thickness. Then I needed to find the material to use. I found that a 4" pvc fitting would have the right inside diameter. I bought a street 45 as it has a female and male side. I cut the ends to 1-1/4" and glued the male into the female. This gave me a thick piece of PVC to use as stock. this fitting cost about $7 so the price was right. Next, I cut the template out and glued it to a piece of hard board. I cut a 4" round out of a 2x6 and screwed it to the back of my template. Next I routed the PVC to the template with a piloted router bit. You could also use a disk sander. The last picture is the shim in place. I have a granite table so I needed to add 5/16" stock to have a flat mounting surface.

but everything works great--they are a good replacement. These are more robust than the original ...
These were an almost-perfect match for my 14" band saw (an American, Mod. No. WBS-14M, which is one of many clone models based on the "classic" 14-inch band saw design). I had to slightly widen a hole on one of the trunnions to align it with the bolt hole pattern on my band saw's table, but everything works great--they are a good replacement. These are more robust than the original trunnions, which appeared to be zinc castings. When adjusting your trunnions to achieve the cut angle you want, remember to only gently finger-tighten them and they'll last for years. There's no need to "gorilla grip" them--they'll only break! A light touch works fine.

10X Better than factory!!
This pair of trunnions is so much better than the OEM I'm not sure I can adequately state it. Look at the photo and you will see the pathetic remains of the factory original below the new replacement. They're so much heavier it's ridiculous!! Holes line up, everything fits. It would have taken me 15 minutes to swap them out but I put them on backwards. There is a left and a right AND the factory bolts are different lengths. Pay attention and it won't take you 3 tries to get them on right. SMH!!

Replacement for busted trunnions...be careful letting others use your saw!
They worked just fine after a bit of fidgeting. The sliding nut on the inside, curved to allow you to adjust the table to various angles, wouldn't fit inside the casting at first so I had to grind the sides down a little bit. Go slow and take a little off until it just barely slides along the curve. But after that, no problems. Pretty much like the originals and this piece really would be better in my opinion of milled out of a solid piece of steel rather than pot metal...but it was what the Delta type saws all seem to use so maybe there is a reason for it?

Perfect Fit
This product was a perfect fit for my 1980's Taiwan Steel 14" bandsaw. The bolt pattern for the table was spot on, the arc of the mount and the trunnion pair couldn't have been better. The cast was better (thicker) than what was being replaced. The actual delivery was earlier than the estimated delivery.

Good product.
One trunion installed perfect, other one was tight as it slides in the track. Some fine sandpaper smoothed it out and installed perfectly.

Good product.
Worked great for my 14 inch Steel City bandsaw. Had to slightly modify the way the attach as these have the bolt lugs raised from the base and the original ones were flush. All I had to do was shim them up a bit and it worked great. They seem to be a better quality then the stock ones. The shape of the curve is also a little bit different but again it seems to work just fine. You cant tell from the picture but one of the trunnions actually has the degree scaled on it which is nice. The company shipped them reasonably fast and they were well packed. I would buy them again if needed.

Exact fit for Delta 14" bandsaw
Easy to install and much more robust (made of thicker material) than the original. Rock solid in use and smooth action tilting table to different angles.
