Fratelli Orsini Everyday Men's Italian Lambskin Leather Driving Gloves

I ordered this same pair of gloves in 2013 (older version on the right) and this is the newer version on the left. I only re bought these gloves because I lost one of them. And I gotta say, I am not too impressed with the 'new and improved' 2015 version. The leather does feel nicer, but they got the sizes all wrong now. They were both size 7s and the older version fit perfectly, even after breaking it in, and these newer ones are really quite too roomy in the fingers. And the design isn't the same and it is in fact worse aesthetically. If you want the older version of this glove, I recommend 'The Drive' by Gaspar Gloves. They are more expensive but if you want the same design and look, go for that. Overall, I am a little let down.

These gloves fit perfectly. I've tried other brand gloves made in China and the finger fit is off. My palm size is 9 inches, I ordered a size 9 and the fit is perfect. The fingers are all just the right length. Depending on how tight I hold the tape measure or flex my hand, my hand could be anywhere from 8.5 to 9 inches. Luckily the gloves fit just right.The leather is butter smooth and soft. Stitching is perfect, and comes with a made in Italy tag. Looks and feels like the real deal.The inside seems are a tad bit uncomfortable on my soft hands, but I'm sure as the gloves break in they will be fine. It's not uncomfortable to the point where it hurts but I can notice some spots where I feel the seems. Of course if I wanted absolute comfort then I'd have gotten a reverse stitched glove with external seems. It's not bad enough to doc a star, these are awesome gloves and better than the other highly rated Chines gloves I tried that didn't fit.I'm just wondering what is the difference between these "affordably" priced gloves and their normal $100+ gloves. These gloves are perfect, I wonder if the more expensive ones are even more perfect? One day I will find out.

Good looking pair of gloves, good grip (unlike other brands that lack a good grip which is important,) soft leather which conforms easily, doesn't stain your hands, And decently priced. I like everything about this pair of driving gloves. Nitpicking: I ordered color black, and I find this pair not to be deep black, seems, or appears, to have a slight brown hue to them, right out of its case. The thumbs, found them to be slightly tight, you've got to work the leather to completely slide- in and fit. With time, I believe the thumbs' fitting will be alright.All in all, very good gloves, soft, and excellent grip. I would comfortably recommend them and would purchase them again.

I just wanna drive dangerously when I wear these! Just kidding... Seriously though. I feel like Ryan Gosling in Drive or the Transporter or something. These gloves are amazing. They provide good grip on the steering wheel and have this expensive and high quality feel to them. They even came in a fancy suede bag! Shipping was also a lot faster than expected. About a week fast.They do fit a little weird though. I mean I got the right size and it's a very nice fit and it fits great.It might be because my hands aren't too wide, but the knuckle holes are weirdly spaced. They fit good on my first three knuckles, but on my pinky knuckle it goes almost to the side of my hand.All in all though, these are amazing gloves, and for $30, they're quite a steal. Very happy with the purchase.

Great product; bought for a Father's Day gift as my Dad is an avid motorcyclist. Comfortable and breathable with evident quality.Would recommend going a size up if not sure of which size to get. Unfortunately they were a little tight on my Dad which actually prevented him from being able to pull the clutch in on his bike.I'm currently in the process of the gloves being exchanged. Sadly he lives up in Canada and they would not cover the cost of them being shipped back (understandable). Good customer service, though, and prompt to help resolve the size issue. Would recommend these gloves.

I was both happy and unhappy with these gloves. I'll start by saying that for the price, the quality is excellent. They feel great, look great, and come in a sweet little bag for storage. I was unhappy, however, because the sizing just isn't right. I made sure to check my glove size before purchasing, and based on how you measure your glove size, I was exactly an 8. So I bought an 8. Trouble is, while the palm of the glove and the four fingers fit well, the thumb sleeve was far too small. I have shorter, stubbier hands than perhaps the average male, and that showed bright as day with the gloves. It would have done me no good to change the size, because it was clear that for a perfect fit, I'd need the thumb area of a size 9, with the palm of a size 8, and fingers of a size 7. Obviously this isn't possible. What I'm trying to say is, these aren't tailored very well unless you have longer, more slender fingers.I considered returning the gloves, but I liked everything else about them so much that I opted to just cut off the thumbs. For the price, they are excellent. Just be prepared for them to not fit correctly if your hands aren'r perfectly average in size and length.

Second pair. I buy a new set for myself each Christmas and I've been very p[leased with them. One pair a couple of years ago split at the left thumb. Contacted the seller, they were courteous and quickly sent me a new pair. I will continue to wear these gloves.

Beautiful leather gloves, and excellent customer service. Fabulous price to boot. Word to the wise; the gloves are meant to be a tight fit. If your hand size falls into an in between measurement- get the size up! Even if you do get the size wrong Fratelli Orsini will exchange them and ship the correct size back to you double-quick.
