## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this an actual working lock or is it for decoration?**
A: Actual lock and unlike most other boxes like this you can buy it comes with two keys not one which is a definite plus. I find it well made and I'm quite pleased with it.

A: Yes, ahat a clever deai hadn't thugtt seneforthat.

**Q: What are inside dimensions?**
A: Maybe 4x5. It smells funny so you'll need to line it with felt.

A: Depending on the style of your pieces yes. It might be a bit of a tight fit but I managed to squeeze my multitudes of D&D dice in it so you should be ok.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful.
*by A***A on December 27, 2020*

Beautiful! Was looking for something to hold my everyday jewelry but I didn’t want anything too large or tacky looking. This box fit the bill perfectly being slightly larger than my hand in length, it doesn’t take up a lot of room on my dresser but since it is 4-5” deep and wide, it holds everything I need to access regularly with a lined bottom and snugly closing lid. The key works even though it seems more for aesthetics since locking it seems moot....at least in my world. Anyroad, gorgeous functional box with nice detail that’s not overdone. Perfect as a gift!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So much nicer than I was expecting!
*by A***R on October 30, 2019*

I basically this to use as a fancy gift box. I have a gift I'm planning to give and wanted to present it in a nice, lined box. I was pretty surprised when it arrived and the quality was way beyond what I was expecting. I thought this was going to be kind of a chintzy, mass produced box made of low quality wood and a lock that just barely worked. But I was completely wrong! This box is beautiful, nicely carved with a really shiny varnished coating. The lock on mine is set perfectly and works great!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleased with quality
*by C***S on February 16, 2017*

I got this as a gift for my wife. The workmanship on the box is great. The corners of the lid and the base aligned well and the hinges look like they will last through use. The lock was a little off and may present problems but since we didn't buy this for the security but the looks and the use we are more than pleased. It fits some of her more common worn jewelry nicely and looks good sitting on her make-up vanity. This doesn't look cheap like you may expect to find in a tourist trap, however do not expect an antique type quality. It came to us wrapped securely in the mail. I would definitely buy this again as a gift or even another box for my wife.
